Business Sales Executive – Property Management

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Sales Executive to join our growing property management team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and promoting our residential and/or commercial property management services to property owners and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research
• Promote and sell property management services to landlords, property owners, developers, and real estate investors
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand needs and propose suitable solutions
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
• Collaborate with operations and property management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or property/real estate sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if applicable)
